Ingredients:
Wheat flour, corn flour, salt, E-621, paprika, aji,
black pepper, paprika flakes.

Instructuions:
Coak chicken in whisked egg, milk or water, put the
Chicken Mix a container. Place chicken portions in
the container and mix until the chicken has an even
coating. Fry chicken until is well cooked. Great
for chicken pieces, fisch, vegetables, potato wedges
or even chips.

disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, artificial
colour: tartrazine, sunset yellow, salt.

Instructuions

Mix:
Place 1/4 of the content (125g.) in a mixing bowl and
add 130 ml. water. Use a whisk to mix until smooth.

Using a fork, dip your choice of food in the batter,
covering completely - allow any excess to drain off.

Fry:
Fry in preheated oil (170ºC) until crisp and golden.
Remove and drain on kitchen paper before serving. |
