CHICKEN FRY MIX - A QUALITY CHICKEN FRY RECIPE

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, corn flour, salt, E-621, paprika, aji, black pepper, paprika flakes.

Instructuions:
Coak chicken in whisked egg, milk or water, put the Chicken Mix a container. Place chicken portions in the container and mix until the chicken has an even coating. Fry chicken until is well cooked.
Great for chicken pieces, fisch, vegetables, potato wedges or even chips.

CRISP & CRUNCHY BATTER MIX

Just add water mix, dip & fry

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, corn flour, wheat gluten, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, artificial colour: tartrazine, sunset yellow, salt.

Energy 350 Kcal. - 1463 k.

Instructuions given for 4 portions:

1 Mix:
Place 1/4 of the content (125g.) in a mixing bowl and add 130 ml. water. Use a whisk to mix until smooth.

2Dip:
Using a fork, dip your choice of food in the batter, covering completely - allow any excess to drain off.

3 Fry:
Fry in preheated oil (170ºC) until crisp and golden. Remove and drain on kitchen paper before serving.
